Deposits are non-refundable and hold your spot for a retreat date.  You are reserved a spot as soon as the deposit has been acknowledged.  Which I will do with an email to confirm I have held a spot for you.

Remaining deposits are due 1 month prior to the date of the retreat.  I may have to charge a late fee because I do have to make payment prior to the retreat.

Everyone is guaranteed a table to themselves for scrapping.  I want this to be fun and relaxing weekend for you.

Please let me know of any food allergies before going so I can make arrangements with the kitchen staff since meals are planned two weeks in advance of the retreat date.

Alcohol is not allowed on these retreats.  Smoking is in designated areas only.  Also, please park in designated areas, do not drive on grass or blocked areas.

Echo Grove retreat requires a $5 refundable deposit for room keys.  The deposit will be given back when you turn in your key.
